WE WORKED WITH KIER TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR PROJECT OBJECTIVES THROUGH A BESPOKE DIGITAL SIGNAGE OUTDOOR PACKAGE.
This major project involved Kier completing the construction and refurbishment of 83 assets, as well as a site-wide upgrade of the existing utilities network across a 1,200-acre site, within a tight 18-month programme.
At peak, there were 1,400 operatives overseen by 120 management staff on site, all required to complete security vetting processes for the secure site. Logistics, traffic management and reducing the amount of labour required was crucial for the efficient and safe functioning of the development.
We worked with Kier to help them achieve their project objectives through a bespoke digital signage package, developing unique induction forms to reduce paper and speed up the induction process, as well as designing and developing a bespoke Moodtracker facility to check general mental welfare of staff on site.
The installation of our 55” Outdoor Interactive Touchscreen Totem and their bespoke software design and development package enabled Kier to centralise and digitalise their onsite communications. Providing health and safety information in 7 various languages, through to interactive traffic management and onsite logistics management we were able to help Kier reduce labour costs and provide a more accessible resource of information.
