AN ALLIANCE OF TRADITION AND INNOVATION: DELIVERING TRANSFORMATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

Align is a joint venture of three international and privately-owned infrastructure companies; Bouygues Travaux Publics, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction,

Sir Robert McAlpine, and VolkerFitzpatrick, a subsidiary of VolkerWessels. Their combined experience, both in the UK and worldwide, in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects safely, on time and on budget, has long established their reputation.

​In July 2017 the Align joint venture was awarded the C1 package of the UK High Speed 2 line (HS2). C1 consists of 21.6km of high-speed rail infrastructure in a rural environment. This will include a 3.37km viaduct, 15.75km twin-bored tunnel and five vent shafts handling both intervention and tunnel ventilation facilities.

ALIGN WERE LOOKING FOR MODERN WAYS TO IMPROVE THEIR INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AT HEAD OFFICE.

Align were looking for modern ways to improve their internal communications for staff at head office. We worked with Robert Hutchinson, Head of Communications, to design and develop a bespoke digital signage software package that met his requirements and would enable Align to provide essential information to staff at head office through modern technology methods.
 
We provided Align with a bespoke digital signage package that enables them to communicate Health & Safety Information, Policies and Procedures through to HR information and company news via a range of hardware products; from passive displays through to interactive touchscreen totems.

Align have embraced the power of communication through digital signage methods and we were honoured to work with them to help them deliver self-serve information technology that has been extremely well received by the staff at Align.  We are looking forward to working with Align on their next project, which involves the implementation of digital signage throughout sites nationwide.

The Digital Signage option offered by SAAS was attractive due to the eye-catching and easy to use display, designed to encourage information self-serve.

It was a simple process to agree the format for the digital signage homepage and Align content owners were identified to provide the content for each category.
