Align Partner with SAAS Technologies to Improve it's Internal Communications

SAAS Technologies has successfully designed and implemented new digital signage systems in Align's Euston Office to help improve internal communications for employees at it's main office.

Align were keen to improve their internal communications for employees based at its main office in Euston and across its other operating sites. As their chosen digital signage provider, we have worked closely with the team at Align to develop a digital signage package that meets their business requirements.

“The Digital Signage option offered by SAAS was attractive due to the eye-catching and easy to use display, designed to encourage information self-serve. It was a simple process to agree the format for the digital signage homepage and Align content owners were identified to provide the content for each category. The SAAS team then uploaded the information onto the digital signs.

The first display was launched in the breakout area in the Align Euston office on Tuesday 19 Sept and was positively received by the team. The plan is to roll out the digital signage at all of our main work sites, using the signs as a key channel to cascade important information in a timely manner to a geographically dispersed workforce.” Robert Hutchinson, Head of Communications, Align

As a business SAAS deliver bespoke digital signage solutions for clients from hardware to software development right through to content creation for the systems. For this particular project SAAS provided the entire digital signage package for Align. Providing state of the art touch screen totems through to bespoke software design and content creation.
